YOUR MAMAS NOTES: Most lefty liberal types probably don't know who the hell he is, but for regular Fox News watchers Shepard Smith is a beloved household name who every afternoon and early evening during the week delivers the news (and the "news") to millions upon millions of households.

Since joining Fox News Channel at its inception in the mid-1990s Shepard Smith–along with his signature high-arched eyebrows–has become one of the most highly rated and most watched news anchors on the boob-toob. He currently helms the nightly news program Fox Report with Shepard Smith and hosts the live afternoon broadcast of the news/talk program Studio B with Shepard Smith.

Mister Smith, who was once married but ranked sixth on Out magazine's 2011 annual list of the 50 most powerful gays and lesbians even though he's never publicly stated he's a homosexual, signed a three year contract with Fox in 2007 reportedly worth between seven and eight million clams a year. In October 2010 he re-signed another three year contract for an unknown amount of money that Your Mama would bet our long-bodied bitches Linda and Beverly is considerably more than seven or eight million bucks a year.

This new (and likely very lucrative) contract may or may not have something to do with Mister Smith recently heaving his New York City condominium on the market with an asking price of $4,000,000.

Property records show Mister Smith acquired his 6-room Greenwich Village condo in May 2004 for $1,875,000 and listing information indicates the apartment measures 2,341 square feet, includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and carries monthly maintenance/taxes/common charges that total a not-inconsiderable $3,331 per month.

The main living area, as per listing information, comprises a separate dining room and a south facing great room that's open to the cook-friendly kitchen outfitted with custom cabinets and a full suite of high-grade commercial-style appliances. Mister Smith's condo, which listing information calls "Triple Mint," includes a man-sized master suite with custom closets and renovated bathroom with jetted tub and separate steam shower.

The low-floor apartment has lofty 14-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, hand finished Venetian plaster walls, washer/dryer, and an in-wall Crestron home automation system that controls the custom lighting set up, audio-visual equipment, climate settings, and window shades that open and close automatically at the touch of a button.

The Greenwich is a full-service pre-war building centrally situated on a busy commercial corner of the West Village and offers residents and their guests a landscaped roof deck with gas grill, fitness facility, and children' playroom.

Other notable residents of the upscale building include iconic American fashion designer Michael Kors who moonlights as a judge and sassy phrase turner on Project Runway. Mister Kors and his longtime man-boo (and new husband) Lance Le Pere bought their terraced 2,224 square foot high floor unit in November 2005 for $3,995,000 from lefty liberal pundit Jon Stewart. The fashionistas subsequently had the condo worked over by award-winning architect-trained interior designer Glenn Gissler. One floor up from the Misters Kors and LePere is a 2,861 square foot penthouse pad with 1,095 square foot private roof terrace that nerdy tech tycoon turned voracious contemporary art collector and philanthropist Peter Norton bought in late 2007 for $6,800,000.
